Providence Health & Services Manager Physician Practice - Neuroscience Administration in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Manager – Physician Practice (Neuroscience Administration, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within PMG
Work with clinic leadership to develop organization goals and strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience
Manage day-to-day operations with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting, and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources
Participate in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested
Overall responsibility for identifying and addressing patient concerns and complaints in an appropriate, timely manner and in accordance with PMG guidelines. Reviews and responds to patient satisfaction data. Recommends and implements process improvement to address areas of deficiency.
Coordinates marketing materials and programs with Marketing Department.
Oversees the maintenance of the clinic building, offices and equipment
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
2 years practice management experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Montana State RN license (ANCC approved certification preferred)
2 years experience in ambulatory or inpatient healthcare operations
