Providence Health & Services Manager - St. Patrick House in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Manager - St. Patrick House (St. Patrick House, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Oversee basic House staff personnel matters (e.g. vacations)
Manage House's budget (including some fund raising)
Arrange and execute contracts for basic agreed upon services such as telephone, laundry, housekeeping, etc.
Work with the Foundation to cultivate donors and assist Foundation personnel with sponsorships, fundraisers and relations with the St. Patrick House.
Design and implement all record keeping processes to reflect House occupancy, monies received, guest records and maintain current databases
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
2 years leadership experience
Ability to create and manage a budget
Basic knowledge of software applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, Email, etc.)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
