Providence Health & Services Neuroscience Service Line Program Coordinator/Manager in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Neuroscience Service Line Program Coordinator/Manager (Neuroscience, Days, 1.0) to Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
This position is responsible for partnering with senior leadership in implementing new programs or projects.
Provide structure and processes to assure a reliable and adaptive program.
Coordinate capabilities with Strategic organization initiatives.
Develops, organizes, and leads using quality improvement methods and approaches.
Responsible for working with physicians, senior management, middle management, and other appropriate staff to achieve initiative objectives.
Speaks in public, and partners with senior leadership in marketing services to key customer groups
Bachelor degree in nursing required, with preference for Master’s Degree in healthcare-related field. Experience in clinical care preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English required.
Healthcare experience preferred, with a proven track record of working with leaders, physicians, and front line staff – facilitating and developing innovative approaches and methods, and building strategic partnerships. This role also requires experience bringing stakeholders together from across geographic and cross-functional boundaries to collaborate around business development to support programs.
Experience in delivery of clinical services, education, communication or information technology. Experience in management and program development with clinical background.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Coursework or training as a clinical nurse specialist
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
3 years neuroscience nursing experience
3 years experience in healthcare administration, practice management, business, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience.
