Providence Relief Coordinator - St. Patrick House in Missoula, Montana
Description:
Providence is calling a Relief Coordinator (St. Patrick House, Variable Shift, 0.0 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Maintain public areas by cleaning and straightening up
Clean and service areas in house according to area assignment that may include sweeping, mopping, dusting and disinfecting any and all rooms as assigned
Participate in project work that may include, but is not limited to wall washing, window washing, cleaning light fixtures, cleaning upholstery, cleaning vents, scrubbing restrooms, etc
Present in-services or other educational offerings as assigned
Admit guests to St. Patrick House
Check out guests
Process Payment for stay: Check, cash and credit card transactions
Write receipts for payment
Print housekeeping logs, registrations forms, and misc. office paperwork as needed
Search and locate documents online, using word processing program to write signage for House
Respond to requests from other hospital personnel and reports the request to supervisor
Document household needs on related supply sheets
Maintain professional demeanor when communicating
Provide clear, concise pertinent patient reports/information
Acknowledge and respond to requests within and between departments. Provides assistance or service
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
Evidence of having worked with different age groups
Demonstrated application of hospitality skills in any service field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Associate's Degree
