Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Human Resources Business Partner, PSJH . This role currently works remotely due to Covid but will move to a hybrid model post-Covid. Relocation to Washington State may be available for well-qualified candidates.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing solutions that improve organizational, operational, and people strategies to drive performance so our Mission can thrive.
Coaching and developing executives and leaders to create an excellent caregiver experience and ensure an equitable and inclusive environment where diverse caregivers and candidates flourish.
Identifying key gaps in operational and organizational designs and capabilities, and seizing market conditions that enable new growth opportunities.
Understanding what makes our clients successful in business and connecting teams to the right resources and solutions that drive results.
Using data analytics to distill complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans that guide senior executives in making effective and insightful decisions.
Building collaborative, credible, trusting partnerships with cross-functional leaders, caregivers and subject matter experts to design and execute shared operational and talent strategies.
Collaborating with HR service-providers (HR Centers of Expertise and Operations) to deliver required expertise, resources, and services to drive client / organizational imperatives.
Leading challenging conversations and interactions and providing expert consultation and leadership on employee/labor relations and HR compliance matters.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
5 years of experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
Senior Human Resource Prof.
