Providence RN Practice Manager (WA,OR,MT Only) in Montana
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an RN Nurse Leader (Practice Manager) to our locations in either WA/OR/MT.
Please note: This position requires travel across multiple states within the Providence Health System.
We are seeking an RN Practice Manager who will be acccountable to provide leadership to improve the delivery of clinical care and clinical quality health improvement. Responsible for partnering and collaborating with On Demand Nursing Supervisors, Providers, Clinic Managers and Operation Directors to identify and develop clinical support best practices within the ACN On Demand Clinics. The position acts as a resource to Clinical support staff as well as management, administration and interdisciplinary teams for clinical and operational issues. The RN Practice Manager works to strengthen the nursing team by providing a bridge between the Clinic Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Quality Improvement dept/senior leadership and ACN leadership to create and implement clinical best practices within clinics and across the organization.
This position has the authority to direct clinical processes and provide direction for clinical quality performance. Participate and lead the On Demand Nurse Council and other nursing and clinical groups/projects. Participate and or lead clinical workflow and policy and procedure development and implementation. Provide promotion of patient care that is safe, effective, efficient, patient centered, timely and equitable is of primary importance in this position.
In this positions you will have the following responsibilities:
Expedites and implements standard clinical support processes and procedures in ACN On Demand Clinics.
Acts as a clinical resource for all clinical staff supervisors as well as other clinic nurses.
Expedites clinical concerns, issues and/or ideas. Independently facilitates/leads next steps, as well as communicates with Medical Directors, Operations Managers and others as appropriate.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
3 years experience with EMR (i.e. Epic).
3 years management or formal leadership experience.
3 years experience presenting to large and diverse audiences.
