Providence Health & Services Licensed Addiction Counselor in Polson, Montana
Providence is calling a Licensed Addiction Counselor (Day Shift, 1.0 FTE, Full-Time) to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. In this position you will:
Perform services involving the assessment, planning and implementation of counseling and education services provided on this treatment unit.
Be responsible for assigned patient counseling case management.Position may provide ASAM Level III, II, and I treatment services.
Be responsible for planning and implementation of therapeutic services.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Masters in Human Services or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience
Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Eligible for licensure in the state of Montana
Eligible for LAC
Eligible for LCSW
Three years of experience in similar work structure and level of clinical responsibility
